Our proactive attitude to spares and servicing begins at the quotation stage of your plant or machine where we provide a detailed list of Recommended Spare Parts for one year of operation. We can also offer Spares and Service Preventative Maintenance (SSPM) Contracts alongside our plants to ensure that year after year of operation our customers always have stock of the most vital parts to prevent any down time. With our SSPM Contracts we offer favourable payment terms to spread the cost of annual maintenance into fixed monthly payments.
We hold comprehensive stock of common parts available for same day despatch in our stores for machines across our range from spigot parts for the TBS Hydrosizer or apex cones for Cyclones. We also hold stock of rubber lined metals for Cyclone spares that only require painting to the customers site colour of choice before despatch to save from longer lead times when starting from scratch.
We hold a complete order history list for all sales orders, from spares to complete plants, which ensures easy re-ordering and helps maintain a wear history of your plant.
