MEP are the UK agent to supply the Pozzato range of Log Washers, Screens and Crushers.
The range of Pozzato dewatering screens includes machines starting with 1.4m2 of screening area up to 7.6m2.
Pozzato dewatering screens are assembled of thick steel plates, properly reinforced at critical points and equipped with a vibrating deck bolted to the shell.
The thickness and aperture of the PU panels are dimensioned according to the size of material that has to be treated. Pozzato’s standard panels are supplied, fixed in the centre and kept pressed down at the sides by plastic clamps with wedges. If a customer requires special panels we are able to cater to their needs.
Dewatering screens can be supplied with a washing unit fitted at the feed end of the screen, thus assuring proper material rinsing while maintaining a perfectly drained end product.
The Pozzato range of dewatering screens includes the VDS models, designed for dewatering sans < 8 mm and the VDG models for gravels between 8 – 100 mm. The main differences between the two models are the angles of the main cross beam on which the motors are fitted and the type of motors used.
Motors are chosen in order to ensure the best possible amplitude and linear motions according to the material that has to be treated.
